On my ride home on Friday I fell off my bike whist clipped in. I got my right foot out of the pedal and the bike decided to fall the opposit...
At 31 years old and 21 stone I decided I had to get fit and lose some weight. I got a bicycle and hope this will be the start of the rest of my life!
